To see if the Town will vote to approve the funding of collective bargaining agreements between the Town and collective bargaining units that represent general government employees, pursuant to MGL C 150E, and appropriate sums of money to defray costs provided for under the agreements for fiscal year 2009, or take any other action relative thereto.
